Welcome to pratyhara a unique retreat that is founded on the wonderful 8 limbs of yoga. 

This isn’t your usual ‘on the mat’ retreat, it’s a holistic experience that encapsulates movement, breath, nature, creativity, music, connectivity and friendship. 

An opportunity to explore what is truly important to you, what happiness and joy is to you and what makes you. You. 

This is your retreat. 

In the beautiful hills of Malaga in an amazing, newly renovated finca set in over 136 acres of private land, overlooking the stunning Casasola waters you will be in peaceful tranquility, surrounded by nature. The perfect setting for a reset and an inward looking journey into your wellness and health. 


Enjoy movement sessions including soft t’ai chi and yoga, breathwork, focus and meditation sessions, creative exploration including music, writing and song and one 2 one personal development sessions. 


This course is designed for a simple purpose. To find your true self. No judgement or expectations, just pure relaxation and personal exploration. Guided by Nicola, Elizabeth, Simon and Charlotte, an experienced team of personal development experts who are passionate about your journey

    Not exactly true, but we will not be asking you to perform downward dogs 4 times a day. The mat is for gentle movement and meditation.

    If you have spend half your life in the trees of Bali and learned from the gurus of Rishikesh, that's awesome. If you've never ventured into the world of yoga, mindfulness and enlightenment then thats great too!!

    We will give you the tools and practises to transform how you approach daily life. This is'nt going to make you a guru or wellness expert, it will just make everything flow better :)

Meet the team

Your instructors for the week
Pratayhara is a multi experience retreat that covers mindfulness, personal development, movement, meditation and more. A wonderful opportunity to explore the 8 limbs of yoga and how you can calm your mind and regain the power you need to live a more fulfilling and rewarding life.

Nicola Iredale

The founder of APRANA, and lover of joy :-) Nicola is the host of the retreat and brings her life experience of being brought up by her mother who was a buddhist and globally known acting coach. Her years of living mindfully and practising meditation has helped her create special bonds with people who need peace and calm in their life.

Nicola will be running sessions on self development, guided meditations and soundbath healing.

Simon Iredale

The co-founder of APRANA and musician behind APRANA Music. Simon has run several large creative agencies over the last 30 years, giving him unique skills in business, people and perception. Simon regularly speaks at events around growth, personal development, confidence and creativity. Since a child Simon has been fascinated with martial arts and the eastern philosophies including the 8 limbs of yoga. A practising breathwork and cold water instructor, Simon enjoys helping people push through their life limiting beliefs and find the freedom on the other side. He will also be running the creative and music sessions for the retreat.

Elizabeth (the yoga coach)

Elizabeth is our resident yogi, bringing her many years of teaching yoga and movement to our retreat. An award winning wellness mentor and expert in science backed practises. Elizabeth will be hosting daily sessions around soft flowing movements including asanas, tai chi and meditation, bringing the 8 limbs together in wonderful, calming and liberating experiences.

Charlotte Haslam

Charlotte joins us on the retreat bringing with her wealth of experience in supporting people discover the “superhuman” within. As a qualified coach and leadership practitioner Charlotte’s work focusses on deepen self-awareness and using your own strengths to propel you forward. With a passion for the power of your mindset, her work centres on challenging limiting beliefs, connecting to values and clarity the action you can take to move you towards the life you want. Charlotte’s coaching style is grounded, honest and quietly powerful, blending thoughtful coaching with practical strategies.

The Venue

BARAKA is a newly renovated fince in the Malagan hills. Surrounded by 136 acres of private land to explore. A beautiful saltwater swimming pool and 2 yoga studios.
