We are an online retailer only, this is because we want to do our best to reduce the impact on the planet as much as possible. We are here to chat, facetime, and even visit if youre nearby!

Sustainability has to come first, but of course we only want to sell the highest quality, best smelling, beautifully made products too. We try very hard to ensure the minimum of air miles are used in any of our products. Most of them being hand made in the UK.

We use Royal Mail services, so if you order during work hours we will get your product packed and sent to the post office the same day (mon-fri). Our standard service (2nd class) takes between 2-4 days and our express (1st class) service takes 1-3 days. If you want an urgent delivery, please get in touch and we can see what we can sort!

Yes, of course. However, overseas shipping costs will apply :)
